WHITE COLLAR STAFF RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:

After candidates cv which apply in internet and/or adverts given in newspaper, are posted the preliminary review and evaluation,

1- Appropriate candidates are determined, for inviting a job interview, we communicate with them by calling.

2- After being created the interview programs, HR authorities make the first stage interview with coming candidates.

3- After interview with HR authorities, Candidates carrying wanted criterias are provided to interview with relevant department manager.

4- After being completed interviews with invited candidates, as a result of the assessment together coordinated and with the relevant department manager. the number of candidates are reduced to three and for talking details with these candidates depending on the position duties and responsibilities, wage etc., a second interview plan is made.

5- After interview with candidates invited the second interview, they are subjected to online general ability tests and personality inventory tests.

6-According to the results of tests, the order of precedence of candidates are determined and reference research processes.

7- According to the results of tests and reference researches, the appropriate candidate/s are invited for the third interview and provided interview and meeting with General Director.

8- The letter of job offer signed by HR Director is presented to candidate which is decided to employ and agreed upon orally, and candidate’s acceptance signature is taken.

9- After signing the Job Offer Letter, date of required starting the job with candidate and the list of documents which are required to give to workplace in starting job and to be present the personal file.

10- After the above 9 processes are completed, personnel’s who is taken the job, orientation training process starts and from the beginning of starting the job, it is applied in a certain plan and for two.

 

BLUE COLLAR STAFF RECRUITMENT PROCESSES:

4- By determining the days of starting job of candidates who are appropriate and provided mutual agreement, by giving them the list of input documents, participating directly is wanted with the paper works at the determinated date.

5- At the day of participating the job of taken candidates, they are educated in detail full day about Occupational Health and Safety by HSE experts.

6- From the second day of participating, they are started to work in their department.
