As a member of our business operations and enablement team, you’ll join others in supporting Akpa’s sales initiatives around the world.
Provide direct administrative support to the International Sales Management team
Serve as the main administrative point of contact for the department
Manage incoming customer orders, enquiries and complaints,
Assist and support International Sales Managers on other duties as needed
A degree from a reputable university
Strong coordination skills with the ability to complete assignments under limited supervision within short time frames
Team player with the ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize assigned tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with attention to detail, additional language is a plus
Ability to work independently or in a team environment; ability to effectively interact with other departments and all levels of staff
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
Military obligation should be completed for male candidates
