Applications
:
AKCOBALT 1-10% is used as accelerator, in the curing process of Unsaturated Polyester (UP) Resins at room temperature with Organic Peroxides. Application concentration should be adjusted according to the type of resin and production method used. Most common application is to use 1% or 6% concentrations.
Usage & Amount
:
It is recommended to use 1% - 2% in general, depending on application. Accelerators should be kept away from direct contact with Organic Peroxides during applications with polyester resins.

Handling & Storage
:
Must be kept between +5 C and +30 C. Keep pails tightly closed. Store and handle in a dry, well-ventilated place, away from sources of heat, ignition and direct sunlight in original packaging. Provide grounding and venting in order to prevent static electricity build-up. Avoid any contact with Organic Peroxides.
